Now, I don’t know a lot about poker in comparison to some people – although I know a little more than the average person – but this is something I just don’t get.

This has happened a few times for me, and it’s really weird. I’m playing a hand and there are no raises all the way to the river, so I raise it a little to see if I can get some free chips. Then one person will call, and it turns out that they flopped a high pair, like QQ or something.

So why didn’t they raise earlier? Moreover, why didn’t they re-raise after my raise? It makes absolutely no fucking sense to me! And it’s so annoying, because it’s a waste of money for me as well! Had they raised before, I probably would have folded and saved money, as I had nothing. Now, at this point, you may say that that’s the reason they didn’t raise before – because I would have folded. BUT AT THE FLOP THERE WERE 5 PEOPLE IN THE HAND. Why don’t they raise? It makes no fucking sense!

Meanwhile, I’m having no luck on Full Tilt. Every time I get a pair, someone gets trips or 2 pair. Yesterday I had pocket nines, flopped a set and lost to someone who got two 10’s on 4th Street and the River to match up with their feeble 10/2 whole cards. Fuck poker… I’m gonna go back and play I guess – big tournament in 20 minutes.
